To be recogniced

Masseria Carrassa is from the 16 century and has been producing olive oil for many many years. Mostly the oil was harvested very late in order to achieve the highest possible yield.
When we took over Masseria Carrassa we immidiately stopped using conventional production and applied for organic conversion. Furthermore we started harvesting very early despite the significantly lower yields. Our first full harvest was in 2023 and we are super proud that we managed to get listed in the Flos Olei guide 2025 and to get a Silver Medal in New York. For our 2024 harvest we have recieved gold medals in both London and Japan.
We consider Awards interesting because of the dedication and expertise that is needed for the awards in regards to competence in each stage of the process.
