Puglia had us at hallo

We have always been very fond of Italy and has visited the country many times. When we came to Puglia we fell in love. We bougth the Masseria Carrassa and embarked on the journey of restoring it according to what the culture and history calls for and with the outmost respect.

Masseria Carrassa is a historic agricultural estate covering 9 hectares along the coastal area, characterized by a Mediterranean climate and karstic soil, ideal conditions for olive cultivation.

The estate includes: 350 centuries-old olive trees, of Cime di Mola, planted in a mixed arrangement, 50 carob trees, also arranged in a mixed planting system and a garden with a citrusgrove, adjacent to the structure.

We have a small production of high quality EVOO - approximately 2000 ltrs pr year. And we strive to constantly optimizing the qualty and the was we grow the land.

We both come from very different backgrounds from hospitality and olive farming. It has been a steep learning curve... but isn't that what life is all about. We love it and find it very meaningfull the make and effort, have a positive impact and create beautiful tastes and moments...
