A PLACE BEYOND

Masseria Carrassa is a historic agricultural estate covering 9 hectares along the coastal area, characterized by a Mediterranean climate and karstic soil, ideal conditions for olive cultivation.

The estate includes: 350 centuries-old olive trees, of Cime di Mola, planted in a mixed arrangement, 50 carob trees and a garden with a citrusgrove, adjacent to the structure.

    1000 years old trees call for a dedicated effort. We have an annual wheel developed with Piero our responsible farmer and Antonio.

    Harvest takes place as soon as the fruit is ready after close monitoring. We harvest as early as possible in the morning and around the beginning of october.
