Masseria Carrassa is in the heart of Puglia, close to Monopoli. It is situated 5 km from the beautiful costline of the Adriactic Ocean and its clear blue waters. Puglia is abundant in many regards - the sun, the blue sky, the history, the produce, the food, the people and the culture. The house is an old farmhouse nested in between 9 hectares of ancient olivetrees and carobs. It is from the 1.500-1.600 and has undertaken a full restoration for the past 5 years.
GROUND FLOOR - THE OLD STABLES
In the old days the ground floor was for animals, materials, machineries and offcourse the must have private church. We have rebuild the ground floor that now has 3 bedrooms with bathrooms and direct access to the agrumetto, kitchen and a large diningroom with a fireplace
FIRST FLOOR - ORIGINAL PRIVATE QUARTERS
The first floor is the original living quarters for the family / owners and now has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, lounge room and access to the terrasse with an outdoor kitchen
THE POOL - A DIP IN THE SALTY BLUE
The pool is 75 sqm and saltwater with a basin for children to sit in safely. The pool garden is ajoinged to the main courtyard and has 5 dobble sunbeds, loungearea and showers.
GARDENS AND OUTDOOR AREAS
We believe in being the change we want to see in the world and therefore we also focus a lot on biodiversity. We have plantet more than 5.000 plants across our many garden areas: Pool garden, fruit garden, stable garden, agrumettos and pergola ares. We have spent 3 years converting into organica farming and will be certified march 2026.
