Masseria Carrassa is in the heart of Puglia, close to Monopoli. It is situated 5 km from the beautiful costline of the Adriactic Ocean and its clear blue waters. The house is an old farmhouse nested in between 13 hectares of ancient olivetrees and carobs. It is from the 1.500-1.600 and has undertaken a full restoration.

Carrassa is a very old Masseria Fortificato meaning a selfsuffient farm from 1600-1700. It has been carefully restored with respect for culture, history and amazing details.

THE POOL - A DIP IN THE SALTY BLUE
The pool is 75 sqm and saltwater with a basin for children to sit in safely. The pool garden is ajoinged to the main courtyard and has 5 dobble sunbeds, loungearea and showers.
GARDENS AND OUTDOOR AREAS
We believe in being the change we want to see in the world and therefore we also focus a lot on biodiversity. We have plantet more than 5.000 plants across our many garden areas: Pool garden, Fruit garden, Stable garden, Agrumettos and Pergolas. We have spent 3 years converting into organic farming and is certified since may 2026.
the ipegeo - THE OLD OLIVE CAVE
The Ipogeo or the old olivecave was probarbly the beginning of Carrassa. It is the oldest structure - 450 sqm under ground. It hosted the original mill, the base for the press, fireplace and the quarters for all the workers. Luckily it had not been restored but left abandoned for many many years and very intact. Now fully restored The Ipogeo can be used for events, tastings and ceremonies of all kinds. The ambience and feel is amazing and make you wish you could see what life was all about back then
