ABOUT OLIVE OIL

Masseria Carrassa is a small producer of hig quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO). We are about to finish our organic certification - meaning that our harvest 2026 will be organic. We produce 1.500-2.000 liters each year from our 350 Cime di Mola trees - all more than 1000 years old. We have been awarded gold in Japan and London for our 2024 and was the first danish producer to be acceptet in the Flos Olei Guide 2025 - A guide of the top 500 farms worldwide.
